Applications are
accepted daily between the times of 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
Applications must completed and left in the JATC office. You must
bring with you the following documents in order for your application to be
considered complete:

state issued driver's license or identification card

Copy
of Birth Certificate

Copy
of High School Diploma or GED

Official
High School or College Transcript (showing Algebra Credit)
