If you need your totals from the last work report you turned in, please email us at ccjatc@hotmail.com.  Please include your full name and year of apprenticeship.  These work reports must be filled out correctly.  They look a bit different from the Work Reports from the office, but serve the same function.  Both pages of the work report must be filled out to be accepted
